the labour of her form is the last work from the series Loss Tapes & is something of a victory march. The music created for waiting on pink lines is expanded, adding more horns & vintage synths by Dave Guy & Homer Steinweiss, marrying to the rich tones & space taken up by one of Buckman’s larger sculptures. Here we look at grief & loss not for what it has taken from us, but how we have survived it, grown from it, & strengthened through it. 6/ of Loss Tapes, a Voice NFT Residency series.
